Uluwatu Temple is a temple located in southern part of Bali. This temple is aimed to protect the island from bad things that can attack the island which may come from evil spirit. Situated on the cliff with a great sunset view makes the temple becomes a perfect spot for photography lover.
Beside natural beauty, there is also cultural performance held in the temple. Kecak dance is the performance done by local people. Kecak dance is monkey dance by big group of dancers. It tells story of famous Ramayana epic.
Tampaksiring is very famous for its holy spring water, Gunung Kawi Temple (Temple Crafted on The Hill’s Rock) and bone handicraft as well. Tampaksiring is 20 minutes from Ubud and 1 hour and 20 minutes from Kuta/Airport. Tirta Empul Temple is the main tourist attraction where we find the holy spring water. The holy spring water is believed as antidote of the poison which was spread by the evil power.
A visit to Tampaksiring is ideally combined with visit to Ubud, Batur Volcano and also visit to the Besakih Mother Temple. These places are in the same direction.
Nusa Dua is located in the southern part of the Bali island. Before Nusa Dua was “little” separated from Bali island and then became a luxurious tourist destination after many 5 star hotels were built in this area. Takes about 15 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport makes Nusa Dua Area is very accessible and a favorite place for the meeting and holiday.
